苹果1/4个、海带60克、泡菜100克、白芝麻少许。

做法:

Practice:

1、将苹果洗净后去芯,留着皮切厚片备用,泡菜也稍微切小一点。

2、将泡好的海带切小,与苹果、泡菜搅拌一下,最后撒上白芝麻。

苹果半个、鲜榨苹果果汁250毫升、砂糖3勺、果冻粉3勺。

做法:

1、将苹果去皮切丁,放入小杯子中。

1、将蛋白倒入碗中,搅拌成奶油状。

1、将黄瓜竖着切4厘米,横着切开4等分后,用勺子挂掉瓜囊,用开水稍微焯一下后用白开水冲洗,隔掉水分。
